This package includes 1 Low Bow stick with 10% carbon in 36.5 or 37.5 and a Pair of Full Finger Indoor Gloves with a hard shell.

XXS: under 2 1/2" if small Palm can be a little bigger

XS: 2 1/2" to 2 3/4"

M: 3" to 3 1/3"

L over 3 1/3"

Low Bow with a little more curve for easy dribbling and dodging.
